You will build a book of personal and commercial business from referrals, inbound calls, and your own outbound work. We supply many carrier appointments, a comparative rater, and warm inbound volume from a 5.0-rated Google profile. You supply the hustle and the follow-up.
Kentucky P&C license required, or willingness to obtain one before start. We will cover pre-licensing and exam costs for the right candidate.
You will own the client experience after the sale: endorsements, billing questions, certificates, claims intake and follow-through, and renewal reviews. You are the reason clients stay, and you will have the authority to actually fix things rather than route them.
