SMS Terms and Conditions

1. Program description

Spartan Shield Insurance operates a single text messaging program. Messages include:

• Marketing and promotional messages — renewal reminders, coverage review offers, and agency news.
• Customer care messages — quotes, policy servicing, billing, claims, and general correspondence with your agent.

Opting in covers both. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from us, and you can opt out at any time.

You may opt-in to receive SMS messages from Spartan Shield Insurance in the following ways

3. Message frequency

Up to 6 messages per month.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Spartan Shield Insurance does not charge for the messages; your mobile carrier may, depending on your plan.

5. How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message. We send one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages are delivered. Reply START to resubscribe at any time. Opt-out requests are processed within 24 hours.

7. Supported carriers

AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older, and the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you provide.
